Leap Confronting Conflict has ended the year in a positive position financially, with a total income of 595,408 (an increase of approximately 6% on 2002). We are delighted that the organisation has grown steadily over the past four years and that the growth has been within the organisation's capability and development plans.

Leap relies for a high proportion of its income on voluntary donations and we are extremely grateful for the financial support given to us both by Trusts and Foundations, and by individuals.
